Emmanuel Has Come

Christmas is about His glory
Christmas is about His grace
Christmas is the gift of love our Father give us

More than just another story
About a special time and place
Christmas is a time to lift a song of praise

For God is with us
And we celebrate the glory of His presence
Christ has come to fill our hearts with love

He came to save us
King of Kings and Lord of Lords His name is Jesus
God with us Emmanuel has come

Angels fill the night with singing
God is reaching out to man
Bringing us the gift of hope in Christ our saviour

More than just a time of giving
This is God eternal plan
Christmas is the reason we can sing again

Dear friends, Christmas is not about Santa, Snowman, Christmas tree, reindeer, ginger breadman, turkey and all...it's about a gift of life, it's about love, joy, peace and hope to those who believe in the saviour named Jesus, who came to give us life.

Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Every year I have mixed feeling when it comes to Christmas season. I feel the love and hope that God has given to us, but feeling sad for those who do not believe. If only they know how much God has loved them and waiting for them to accept His love.

My only Christmas hope is they will know the real meaning of Christmas.

Blessed Christmas!

Excitedly Anxious

Gonna be a busy last 2 weeks of the year! I know I'm missing many blog entries. Currently thinking of a good way to manage my photos. Being a photographer (the noob one), I have more than 20GB of photos and still counting. Not to mention those taken with my 1000D. The size per photo is around 4MB! After so many events 1 after another, my current project is Joash and May's wedding photos. I was quite disappointed at the photos as they din turn out as good as I thought they would. Most of them blur due to movement (taken without flash), and those with flash very unnatural.

I will be having full packed 2 weeks before the year ended. Last Saturday had Children Christmas, it turned out to be quite successful. We were quite discouraged at first because there were only 20 children turned up but the crowd built up soon after we started. The play was good. We have really potential actors and actresses who can sing and dance so well.

Yesterday we had our youth Christmas party at Jo's place. BBQ + Steamboat + rain = messy. But I believed they really had fun, despite getting all fuse burnt lol.

Today after work I'm having Christmas reunion dinner with few high school friends.

Tomoro and Wednesday will be packing day.

Christmas Day wanna visit ACTS church for their Christmas Play.

26/12 after work I'll be heading to Ipoh with Ethan and family, coming back on 27/12 nite.

28/12 - 31/12 will be my year end trip to Krabi!! Although the planning process was a pain as most of them backed out due to the unstable political state in BANGKOK, expensive bla bla bla, had some arguments over the planning and all, we are finally ready to take off!!

I'm seriously in Holiday MooD!!!!!

ok back to my photo refining process...

The Admission

It wasn't fun to get admitted to a hospital during the busiest month of the year! Oh well, maybe it was fun to get away from work though. No! Not with a needle as long a pinky with tube jabbed into your arm, and worried if I could not make it for the wedding on wed.

I was having stomach discomfort since last friday. Having too much wind in the stomach like tornado, and vomited my breakfast consisting of milo and oats. So I went to the clinic downstairs. The doctor was saying some weird stuffs but sounded scary. Something about infection of something to do with my operation. Wait, operation was done at least 4 years ago, what to do with the operation? XD Anyway, she gave me some med for stomachache, vomit, charcoal pills, and MC for the day. I packed my stuffs and went home.

Saturday the wind still running wild in the stomach. Din have appetite.

Sunday I had pan min at the usual place for lunch. At night I attended my colleague's wedding dinner. Half way through the dinner my stomach wasn't feeling very good, went to the toilet and vomited. On the way home I vomited again, and the rest of the dinner went down to the toilet bowl when I got home. I tot just the wind causing the vomiting so I just went to bed.

Monday morning was suffering. I woke up and started to have very bad diarrhea and vomiting. It's like waterfall non-stop and I freaked out. Dad sent me to SJMC and doctor gave me a jab. Doctor said can arrange for an ultra sound scan if there's anything in the stomach. So I was admitted. The admin staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful when we inquire about admission procedures.

Doctor put me on drip and I waited for my turn for the scanning. It was a long queue. To have an ultra sound scan, first have to ensure having a full bladder. The queue was so long I tot my bladder was going to burst.

After the scan I was sent to my bed. The doctor came visited and he suspected viral infection of the stomach. Took some porridge and med, then I tertidur, waking up to see Ethan by my side.

That night was not an enjoyable night. I watched few dramas before I went to bed (for once I got my own tv with astro), but whole night couldn't sleep well as the nurses kept on coming into the room every hour taking my blood pressure and temperature, and the drip was annoying as I couldn't move my hand much and the part where the needle was was hurting. The part was swollen and due to the pressure from the drip pack, blood back flowed and making a mess out of the tube. The next I knew, it was morning.

I was in the hospital until Tuesday. Doc said I can go back and rest. There wasn't any negative result on my scan, a relief, just viral infection aka food poisoning. The bill was scary. 1D1N cost 1k+. The doctor's visitation took most of it. No wonder they are earning big bucks. Now I'm hoping I can claim full, if not really uh-oh dy :(

As Long As There's Christmas

Dear all, in this Christmas season, do not forget that although sometimes things are not going according to what we want, or are contradicting to what we believe, we must continue to cling on to the love and hope that God has promised. He did not send His son to come for fun. He sent His son to die so that we will have LIFE. It's the perfect work and we do not need to do anything to earn this salvation. There is only 1 thing we need to do, that is to accept this gift.

I was truly blessed by yesterday's service. Once again I have been reminded that no matter how much tough times we have to go through, God will never let us go. There will be love and hope as long as we believe. Do not doubt that God really loves us. Do not think that we will lose this gift if we did not do anything. Everything was done so you would come to the Father.

"As long as there's Christmas, I truly believe, that HOPE is the greatest of the gifts we'll receive"

Blessed Christmas!!

Belle:
There is more to this time of year
Than sleigh bells and holly
Mistletoe and snow
Those things come and go
Much deeper than snow
Stronger than the strongest love we'll know
We'll ever know

As long as there's Christmas I truly believe
That hope is the greatest of the gifts we'll receive
As long as there's Christmas we'll all be just fine
A star shines above us lighting your
Way and mine

Cogsworth:
Just as long as there's Christmas
There will be Christmas pud
Tons of turkey...

Mrs. Potts:
And cranb'ry sauce
And mince pies if we're good

Lumiere:
Loads of logs on the fire

The Ornaments:
Lots of gifts on the tree
All wrapped up in red ribbons...

Chip:
Wonder if there's one for me

Cogsworth:
We are due for a party
Where on earth do we start?

Fi-Fi:
I may wear my tiara
You bought me in Monmartre

Cogsworth:
All the silver will sparkle

Mrs. Potts:
And the china will gleam

Lumiere:
And we'll all be as shiny
As a brand-new centime

Chip:
After dinner we'll play games

Mrs. Potts:
'Till the morning breaks through

Lumiere:
Then we'll meet in the garden
This is what we shall do

Chip:
We will build us a snowman
That will reach up to the sky

Belle:
It will stay up until July

Belle/Chorus:
As long as there's Christmas I truly believe
That hope is the greatest of the gifts we'll recieve

Chorus:
As long as our guiding star shines above

Belle:
As long as there's Christmas we'll all be just fine

Belle/Chorus:
There'll always be Christmas

Belle:
So there always will be a time
When the world is filled with peace and love.
